Do not sell my personal information

Your Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives California residents specific rights regarding how their personal information is collected, used, and shared. Among other things, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information a business collects about you, the right to request deletion of that information (subject to certain exceptions), the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information with third parties.

Under the CCPA's broad definition, a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information can include allowing advertising partners to use identifiers such as your browsing activity, device information, or approximate location for cross-context behavioral advertising — even where no money changes hands. Sandy Bella works with analytics and advertising partners (see our Privacy Policy for the full list) in a way that may fall within this definition, which is why we provide the opt-out tool below.

Learn more about the CCPA and your privacy rights directly from the California Attorney General's office.

How to Opt Out

Click the link below to instruct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information. This applies both to third parties we work with and to the data we use to personalize your experience on our Site or through our marketing communications. Your preference is saved to your browser and will be honored on future visits from the same device and browser. For full detail on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Other Ways to Exercise Your Rights

In addition to the one-click opt-out above, you may also exercise your right to know, delete, or correct your personal information, or submit an opt-out request by any other means, by emailing us directly at help@sandybella.com or writing to us at the address below. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request, consistent with CCPA requirements. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf — please have your agent contact us with proof of their authorization to act for you.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.

Residents of Other States

If you live in a state other than California with its own comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or others as they take effect), you generally have similar rights to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information, and to access, correct, or delete your data. Please use the contact details below to submit a request, and we will honor it in accordance with the law applicable to your state of residence.
