Will clip-in extensions damage my hair?
No. Clip-ins hold with small pressure clips on a lightly backcombed section of your own hair — no glue, no tape, no heat bonding and no salon removal. Clip them in for the day and unclip them at night, so your natural hair keeps growing undisturbed.
How do I pick my shade?
Match the shade to your mid-lengths and ends, not your roots — that is where the extensions actually sit. If you are between two shades, go lighter; it blends more easily. We carry nine signature shades from #1 Black to #60 Pure Blonde, and our color-match guide walks you through it.
Which length should I choose?
The handmade Designer Collection comes in six lengths from 18" (140 g) to 28" (280 g): 18"–20" falls around mid-back for a natural boost, 22"–24" reaches the lower back for full-glam length, and 26"–28" is our longest, most dramatic option. Every length is cut thick to the ends. Ready-to-ship clip-ins come in 20" (160 g, 7 pieces) and 24" (200 g, 10 pieces). Fine or thin hair usually suits the lighter sets; thick hair or a very full look calls for more grams. See the length chart.
How long do they last?
A year or more with proper care. Every set is 100% Remy human hair with the cuticle intact and aligned, so it stays smooth and tangle-free instead of turning dull after a few washes. Read the care guide.
Can I wash my extensions?
Yes — our 100% Remy human hair extensions can be washed just like your own hair. Wash them every 5–8 wears with sulfate-free, alcohol-free products, and let them air-dry flat.
Can I heat-style my extensions?
Yes. Curl, straighten or blow-dry them as you would your own hair. Keep hot tools under 350°F and always use a heat protectant.
Can I dye my extensions?
We discourage it. As with natural hair, dye damages the fibers and shortens the life of your set. If you do color them, have a professional go darker only — never lighter.
What is the Designer Collection?
Our handmade line. Each Designer set is individually sewn to order and inspected by hand before it ships, in 2, 3, 5 or 7-piece sets, six lengths from 18" to 28", in all nine shades. Because it is made for you, it ships in 1–2 weeks and is final sale. Pre-order your set.
What about shipping and returns?
Shipping is free on every U.S. order and always includes a tracking number; international orders ship for a flat $14.95. We ship from two warehouses — San Diego, California and Sydney, Australia — so your order leaves from the one closest to you. If a ready-to-ship set is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it: open the box and check the shade against your own hair, but keep the hair unworn and the hygiene seal intact.
