When will my order ship?
Designer Collection pieces are made to order. Production takes 1–2 weeks, after which your order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive an email the moment it's on its way.
How is this different from your standard extensions?
Standard Sandy Bella extensions are ready-made and ship right away. Designer Collection sets are professionally handcrafted and sewn by Sandy Bella after you order, with a higher level of craftsmanship and a final quality inspection before shipping.
Is it still 100% Remy human hair?
Yes — every Designer Collection set uses the same 100% Remy human hair as the rest of our range, with cuticles kept intact and aligned for a silky, natural, tangle-free finish.
What do the 2, 3, and 5 piece sets mean?
Each set is a number of individually sewn clip-in wefts. Choose 2 pieces for a subtle boost, 3 pieces for fuller volume, or 5 pieces for maximum length and fullness.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Because each set is made especially for you, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do everything we can to accommodate changes before production is complete.
