Care Instructions

Since hair extensions do not receive natural oils from the scalp like our own hair, they do not need to be washed very often. We suggest only washing your extensions every 5-8 wears or when there is too much product build-up and they become unmanageable to style. We highly recommend using sulfate-free and alcohol-free hair products, as these ingredients can dry the hair out, leading to frizzy, tangly hair. You can wash your Sandy Bella Hair Extensions the same way you would your own hair.

Standard Sandy Bella extensions are ready-made and ship right away. Designer Collection sets are professionally handcrafted and sewn by Sandy Bella after you order, with a higher level of craftsmanship and a final quality inspection before shipping.
Is it still 100% Remy human hair?
Yes — every Designer Collection set uses the same 100% Remy human hair as the rest of our range, with cuticles kept intact and aligned for a silky, natural, tangle-free finish.
What do the 2-, 3-, 5- and 7-piece sets mean?
Each set is the same weight of hair for its length, divided into a number of individually sewn clip-in wefts. Choose 2 pieces for a subtle boost, 3 for fuller volume, 5 for all-over length and fullness, or 7 for the most flexible placement around the whole head. The price is the same whichever you choose.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Because each set is made especially for you, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do everything we can to accommodate changes before production is complete. Once production is complete, Designer sets are final sale and can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.
